Monthly Meetings
This meeting is on the 2nd Friday of each month at Upchurch Village Hall, at 2.00 pm. until approximately 3.45 pm. It is best to arrive early to have a chance to read the posters, to find a trip you would like to go on (and pay a deposit); to talk to the team who organise trips, and generally socialise with other Members. There is always a 'Speaker' on this day. There is a full list of Speakers, subject and dates further down this page.
Tea/Coffee and biscuits are provided at 'half time'; there is a raffle with excellent prizes and the Chairman will update you on important matters.
There is normally a large number of books available for 20 pence to 50 pence each (and return to the club if you so wish).
The costs is £2.00 for guests; Members are free.
